Homework and Spellings

Spellings will be given out every Friday and tested the following Wednesday. Nothing needs handing in for these.

Learning log homework will be given out at the beginning of each half term.

Children are also expected to read their home reading books every night. Their reading books will be changed (if needed) once a week. If they have read their books they can read any other books at home and take part in their Reading Challenge!

Can I please ask that you sign your child's reading diary so I know they have completed their reading homework.

Our library day is Friday, please ensure your child has their library book in school in order to change it.

Please ensure children have both indoor and outdoor PE kit in school every day as we may change the day we do PE. If your child has earrings please ensure they can take them out or have plasters to cover them.

Toast is £1.00 a week and children bring this in on a Monday. However they are welcome to bring their own healthy snack instead.

Please make sure your contact details are up to date in case of emergency. We will try all numbers given in the case of an emergency if we cannot reach the first contact.

Please check our class notice board regularly for updates and school information.

If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me.
